DESCRIPTION

This fragrance by Jovoy Paris is inspired by the ancient sacred fig tree of India. Gautam Buddha found enlightenment sitting under this Bodhi Tree while he meditated. The luscious, fruity-green freshness of fig is deepened with a gravitas-creating woody patchouli base that offers a wonderful counterpoint to that fruit’s usual solar sensuality. L’Arbre de la Connaissance opens with a hint of citrus, and herbaceousness from fig leaves. Facets of camphor, mint, woods, and spice radiate from the plump fruity fig that is at its center, thanks to the sandalwood and patchouli at its base.
